Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return to Eden Ministries seeks to be fair and transparent regarding registrations, donations, and programme participation.
Donations
Donations made to support our ministry are generally non-refundable.
If a donation has been made in error, please contact us promptly and we will review your request.
Programme Registrations
If you register for one of our courses, retreats, or programmes:
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where payments have been made, refunds may be considered based on:
- Notice provided before the programme begins
- Costs already incurred
- Whether your place can be filled.
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Return to Eden Ministries.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
- A full refund (where applicable), or
- A transfer to another programme.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred unless required by law.
Transfers
Where possible, registrations may be transferred to another participant or future programme by prior arrangement.
